Return/Refund Policy

Products – A refund will be given with the internet receipt on all unopened items returned and received within 30 days of purchase. There will be a $3.00 re-stocking fee for all returned or refused items before a refund is given. All returned items will be checked to make sure they have not be opened or used. The purchase date can be found on the top of this invoice.; All items must be returned in the same condition that as they were received. If the purchaser is making an exchange, they are responsible for all the shipping costs. For your convenience, returns & exchanges should be sent back to us in a manner in which they can be traced. No refund will be given without an enclosed receipt or on items lost in the mail without proper shipping documentation. The Diastasis Rehab splints are not returnable.

Private Sessions – a 24 hr cancellation notice is required for all private sessions. After this time, the client will be charged for the cost of the session.

LYMT Workshop - For this three- session workshop, cancellations are allowed up to 7 days prior to the workshop. After this time, the client will be charged for the cost of the workshop and no refunds will be given. Please note if you do not attend the workshop, you will be allowed to attend the next workshop only if there is space available. You will be notified two days prior to the starting date of the workshop.

Continuing Education Class- For this one day course, cancellations are allowed up to 7 days prior to the workshop. Please note that if you do not attend the class you will be allowed to take the next class on a wait list basis. This means that 7 days prior to the class, if it is not full, you will be allowed to attend.

Tupler Technique Training Program - For this two-day course, cancellations are allowed up to 30 days prior to the workshop. After this time, no refunds will be given. Please note if you do not attend the course, you will be allowed to attend the next course only if there is space available. You will be notified two weeks prior to the starting date of the workshop.
